During the rainy season, travel to the school can become extremely difficult, and at times impossible. This means teachers may be unable to reach the school, disrupting lessons and affecting pupils’ learning. By providing on-site accommodation for two teachers, the school can ensure that children do not miss out on their education during these periods.

Having teachers on site also improves school security and reduces ongoing costs associated with external accommodation.

The dormitory building has been completed and the roof is now in place. The next stage of the project involves fitting windows and doors, and installing toilets and washbasins for both male and female use.
